The Aguadilla Business Center is run by a 501(c)(3), non-partisan, non-profit organization focused on supporting women and youth called Friends of Puerto Rico. Since 2015, Friends of Puerto Rico has developed a combination of training, education, and mentoring initiatives revolving around entrepreneurship to support communities in Puerto Rico.
